Focusing on farm to table freshness, Scoot Shack is located near the beach with indoor airconditioned seating and an open air veranda overlooking our pools and beach. Choose a favourite from our menu that reflects local and international fare which are suitable to a variety of dietary requirements. Our team of culinary professionals would be more than happy to customise a dish should you have any food allergies, just let us know! Vegan or vegetarian? We have a comprehensive, dedicated menu that will be sure to please.  The bar is also home to an extensive lineup of local craft beers from The Cebruery (Cebu), Las Islas Cervezas and Birdie Num Num (both Dumaguete-based craft breweries). Pull up a stool and choose a brew or two ranging from IPAs, Stouts, Dubbels, Gose, Porters and many more.
